Blue Air offers only 1 class of service to its passengers to help keep the costs of the flights down. The economy class comes with a food and drink menu, mini theater and copy of the in-flight magazine. Passengers who wish to select the business lounge service from Bucharest "Henri Coanda" International Airport, will enjoy extra facilities while waiting for the flight, including a mini bar: (tea, coffee, juice, pastries and alcoholic drinks), access to fax and copier, internet, magazines and newspapers. This service can be purchased while making the booking.

Passengers are permitted a maximum of four pieces of luggage with the maximum dimensions of 100x80x30cm. Checked-in baggage will be charged depending when you are travelling. During the high season, each bag will cost 25€ and during low season it is 18€. The maximum weight for each checked-in baggage is 32kg. Children (up to 2 years old), can check in their luggage for free, this includes a stroller. Bicycles cost 25€ to check-in and other sports equipment (golf, skiing, water skiing) costs 30€, as long as it doesn't exceed 32kg. Passengers are allowed only one carry-on baggage which must not exceed 10kg and 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Any extra bags (camera, purses, laptops etc), must be placed inside the carry on bag. Only duty free products bought in the airport can be brought on separately. Musical instruments can be transported as carry-on luggage, but if it exceeds the weight and dimensions, the passenger must pay the equivalent of an extra seat.
