It is possible to be allocated a preferred seat through the seat selection option during online check in. For those travelling with family, be sure to make a seat request at the time of reservation. For international Turkish Airlines flights, passengers are expected to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. For domestic Turkish Airlines flights, be sure to arrive at least 1 hour beforehand. Passengers should be in possession of their boarding pass about 60 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

Some flight routes offer the digital Planet on-board entertainment system, which features a variety of films including children’s options, documentaries, cartoons, music of all types of genres, and a game channel.
